On July 29, the Zhengzhou Sub-competition of the 11th "Maker China" Henan Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was grandly held in the Welcome Hall of the Yellow River Welcome Hotel. This event was guided by the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government, organized by the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and hosted by the Zhengzhou Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Center and Henan Business Association Culture Media Co., Ltd. The competition focused on seven advanced manufacturing clusters, including new materials, new energy vehicles, electronic information, and advanced equipment. 25 projects that made it to the final round competed fiercely through 7-minute presentations and Q&A sessions with judges.

The representative team of Henan Hongbo Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the competition with the project "Power Equipment Intelligent Patrol Platform Based on Multi-source Perception Fusion and AI Diagnosis." This project consists of two parts: the intelligent partial discharge patrol terminal hardware and the AI intelligent diagnosis platform software. Innovatively, it deeply integrates four technologies: infrared thermography, ultrasonic partial discharge detection, TEV detection, and UHF detection. Through self-developed multi-modal data synchronous collection and correlation analysis algorithms, it achieves a breakthrough innovation of "one device, one patrol, multi-dimensional analysis." The AI intelligent diagnosis engine is equipped with an edge computing platform, which can complete on-site analysis without relying on a backend server. It automatically identifies equipment defects, determines fault types, evaluates risk levels, and generates diagnostic reports, effectively solving industry pain points such as low inspection efficiency, severe data silos, high false alarm rates, and single device functions in traditional inspections.

With solid technical capabilities and a clear industrialization path, the Hongbo Measurement & Control project stood out during the on-site presentation and ultimately won second place in the enterprise group with an excellent score of 87.66, fully demonstrating the company's deep technical accumulation and innovative strength in the field of intelligent detection of power equipment.
