1. Suitable for distribution scenarios: designed specifically for distribution cables, compatible with various cable specifications, and adapted to complex outdoor operating environments. 2. Accurate and efficient testing: simulates actual distribution operating conditions to accurately identify cable insulation risks and avoid insulation breakdown. 3. Easy and safe operation: the workflow is simple, requires no complex tuning, and keeps the testing process safe and controllable to support efficient distribution maintenance.
The inductance of the reactor and the capacitance of the test object are used to form a series resonance circuit. By using a fixed inductance reactor and adjusting the frequency of the excitation power supply so it matches the natural frequency of the test circuit, the series circuit reaches resonance, thereby generating a high voltage or large current on the test object and achieving the purpose of the withstand-voltage test.
Cable withstand-voltage testing can reveal hidden cable faults in advance, reduce the number of cable failures during operation, and lower the risk of sudden outages caused by cable faults. Planned outage maintenance for withstand-voltage testing can also reduce emergency repair frequency and improve power supply reliability.
