1. Dismantling and relocation of reused cabinets and old equipment. 2. Installation, securing, and grounding of cabinets, including cabinet base installation, and reliable introduction of external power to the PDU. 3. Installation and commissioning of main equipment, and communication network activation testing. 4. System integration work, including network connectivity and cross-domain interconnection with the backbone network. 5. Cable laying and electrical connector fabrication, including power cables, cables between private-network equipment and communication equipment, and cables between private-network equipment and each application system. 6. Installation and commissioning of accessories; the DC/AC power module handled the matching modification on the opposite-side circuit breaker. 7. Installation and commissioning of protocol converters, and commissioning of access to existing business application systems. Stations at 110kV and below were switched from the provincial dispatch access network to the new network. Assisted in connecting the station equipment to the network management system for this phase. 8. Risk assessment work for each construction site.
