HB-HAC16W Onboard Insulator Hydrophobicity Live Detection Device
1. Detect various composite insulators with power on, and test the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber and RTV coating materials.
2. The wireless remote-controlled electric water spraying device automatically performs rapid and precise atomized water spraying, ensuring the safety of the operator.
3. Obtain high-definition hydrophobicity images through a high-definition camera, and the analysis system calculates based on the information from the hydrophobicity images to automatically determine the hydrophobicity level.
4. The hydrophobicity analysis software has functions such as automatically and accurately analyzing the hydrophobicity level, recording various data and graphics from each test, and being able to query the test records for each test and each insulator string.
5. It can perform water spraying operations on target insulators and capture clear hydrophobicity images, eliminating the need to climb towers.
6. It ensures the accuracy of the test results while greatly improving inspection efficiency, saving labor costs, and ensuring the safety of the operators.
Onboard Hydrophobicity Detection Device for Insulators, suitable for composite insulators (including umbrella sleeve materials) used in overhead lines, substations and electrical equipment, as well as porcelain insulators coated with RTV paint. It relies on drones to carry out operations, achieving remote water spraying and image collection, eliminating the need for manual climbing of towers, especially suitable for complex geographical environments in the wild.
