1. Detect various composite insulators with electric charge, and test the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber and RTV coating materials.
2. Wirelessly remote control the electric water spraying part to automatically spray water, and the electric water spraying part automatically performs rapid and precise atomization spraying, ensuring the safety of the operator.
3. Obtain high-definition hydrophobicity images through high-definition imaging, and the analysis system calculates based on the information from the hydrophobicity images to automatically determine the hydrophobicity level.
4. The hydrophobicity analysis software has functions such as automatically and accurately analyzing the hydrophobicity level, recording various data and graphics from each test, and being able to query the test records for each test and each string of insulators.
