The digital platforms developed by the company, including the distribution network inspection system, substation intelligent monitoring system, and cable fault inspection system, have enabled the construction of a full-coverage system platform for power system status monitoring and inspection. Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Track industry trends in power grids, energy, power plants, and related sectors; be responsible for identifying customer needs, conducting market research, initiating requirements, and following up on R&D. Understand customer needs through communication, identify industry requirements, complete market and competitive analysis, and promote company product initiation and implementation.

2. Analyze regional markets and competition, and develop differentiated promotion strategies and cooperation models.

3. Lead business opportunity advancement and, based on the project implementation approach, produce key documents such as feasibility study reports, technical proposals, project initiation proposals, and bidding specifications.

4. Support bidding work, optimize technical proposals, and participate in quotation preparation.

5. Improve product materials and promote products to customers and sales teams.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, or related majors, with more than 5 years of experience in the power and energy industry, including power grids, power plants, and energy.

2. Excellent project organization, communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills, with strong ability to work under pressure.

3. Clear insights into industry development and competitive trends.

4. Ability to independently write product proposals and promotional materials.

5. Strong market sensitivity and ability to identify and analyze customer needs.

6. Passionate and creative, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Provincial Sales Manager (Sichuan/Chongqing/Shanxi/Gansu)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market promotion and project sales of State Grid power instruments, meters, and smart grid products in Sichuan, Chongqing, Shanxi, and Gansu.

2. Responsible for developing and maintaining State Grid customer relationships and managing project operations.

3. Collect potential customer needs through multiple channels, proactively identify business opportunities, and secure orders through bidding and business operations.

4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company on schedule and complete sales tasks.

5. Responsible for full-process business follow-up of projects, including opportunity tracking, bidding, contract signing, implementation, acceptance, and payment collection.

6. Conduct market analysis and market research, and prepare plans.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, automation, or related majors. Graduates from power-related institutions are preferred, with more than 5 years of sales experience in the power industry.

2. Rich sales experience in projects, instruments, and meters, with a certain market network foundation in the power industry.

3. Under 40 years old, with strong communication, coordination, and market development capabilities.

4. Candidates with experience in the power industry and project operations are preferred.

5. Ability to independently complete market development and regional network planning.

6. Candidates who can accept frequent business travel are preferred.

Solution Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand and screen industry trends, policy documents, and new technology directions, and produce market and product analysis reports.

2. Work with product managers to transform customer needs into feasibility study reports, project initiation reports, market analysis, competitive product analysis, and other product-related documents.

3. Work with product managers to prepare daily technical proposals, product documents, promotion plans, brochures, bidding technical specifications, and related materials.

4. Extract departmental and cross-departmental workflows and assist department supervisors in improving standardized work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, high-voltage electrical equipment, or related majors. Experience in the power grid industry is preferred.

2. Strong writing skills, with the ability to independently complete copywriting and editing for research projects and innovation projects.

3. Able to accept temporary business trips for proposal communication and review work.

Procurement BP

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the procurement of various company materials, including raw materials, auxiliary materials, fixed assets, instruments, meters, and other power industry-related items, adjustable according to company needs. Responsibilities include supplier screening, inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, procurement contract signing, and follow-up, ensuring that the quality, price, and delivery schedule of purchased materials meet company requirements.

2. Establish and maintain qualified supplier files, regularly evaluate and assess suppliers, optimize the supplier system, improve supply chain stability, and reduce procurement costs.

3. Follow up on procurement order execution progress, promptly coordinate and resolve abnormal issues during order delivery, such as delays or substandard quality, and ensure materials arrive on time, with required quality and quantity, to support normal production and operations.

4. Responsible for organizing, checking, and filing procurement-related documents, including orders, warehouse receipt forms, and invoices. Coordinate with the finance department to complete reconciliation, payment, and related work, ensuring compliant procurement processes and accurate data.

5. Monitor market price trends, industry dynamics, and material supply and demand, collect market information, and propose procurement cost optimization suggestions to support company procurement decisions.

 

Qualifications:

1. Education and major requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in procurement management, supply chain management, power, electrical engineering, or related fields are preferred. Education requirements may be relaxed for candidates with relevant procurement experience. Work experience: 1-3 years of procurement-related experience, familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management knowledge. Procurement experience in relevant industries, such as manufacturing and the power instruments and meters industry, is preferred.

2. Fresh graduates may apply. Candidates with relevant internship experience and strong learning ability are preferred. Good market insight and negotiation ability, with the ability to accurately select high-quality suppliers and effectively control procurement costs.

3. Core requirements: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to properly handle collaboration with suppliers and internal departments and respond to various abnormalities in the procurement process.

4. Serious, responsible, rigorous, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability. Able to complete procurement tasks on time and ensure orderly progress of procurement work. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT, and able to skillfully handle procurement documents and procurement data statistics. Experience operating ERP systems is preferred.

5. Good professional ethics and integrity, with no adverse employment record, and able to uphold company procurement discipline. Possess certain negotiation skills and the ability to independently complete inquiry, negotiation, contract signing, and related work. Able to adapt to necessary business travel, such as supplier visits and on-site coordination, with specific travel frequency determined by company needs. Strong ability to work under pressure and handle the pace of peak procurement seasons or urgent procurement tasks.

Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead reliability and manufacturability reviews during the R&D stage of new products, and produce structured analysis reports and optimization plans.

2. Deeply participate in testing and validation of R&D prototypes, accurately identify design defects, and promote their resolution.

3. Responsible for assembly validation of engineering prototypes, establish an issue tracking mechanism, and ensure issues are resolved.

4. Execute full-process validation of standardized product wiring harnesses and formulate technical specifications for mass production introduction.

5. Complete standardized outputs for new product design transfer and ensure a smooth transition of R&D results into production.

6. Lead full-process follow-up of small-batch trial production, take the lead in analyzing process issues, and promote cross-departmental collaboration to resolve them.

7. Provide professional recommendations from the perspectives of reliability and manufacturability based on review feedback for customized products.

8. Responsible for program validation and production assembly follow-up of customized new products, and establish risk warning and control mechanisms.

9. Produce production training materials and provide early-stage on-site guidance to ensure process stability during mass production.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in electronics, mechanical engineering, automation, or related majors, with a solid foundation in engineering theory.

2. More than 3 years of NPI or process engineering experience in the electronic equipment manufacturing industry, familiar with the full process of new product introduction.

3. Proficient in DFM/DFR analysis methods, with the ability to independently produce manufacturability and reliability improvement plans.

4. Experience in instrument and meter design and validation, and familiarity with industry standards for instrument-type electronic production.

5. Master product structure review logic, with the ability to provide constructive suggestions from the perspectives of production efficiency and quality risk.

6. Cross-departmental project promotion capability, with the ability to effectively coordinate R&D, quality, and other teams to solve problems.

7. Proficient in CAD/SolidWorks and other drawing software, with basic circuit analysis capability.
